Experience & Background
With over a decade of experience, I have worked across a range of settings including primary health care, charities and non-profits, inpatient addictions and mental health care, and now, private practice. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe healing requires a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we will build your resilience and coping strategies while working through stress, trauma, life transitions, and other challenges.
